ASEAN and the EU. Strategic opportunities for Indonesia and Spain

 

Fundación Alternativas invites tomorrow at 10 am to a webinar on the presentation of the policy document on EU-ASEAN relations.

 

The document provides a platform to discuss key aspects of the new strategic cooperation between Indonesia and Spain. During the event, experts from think tanks and universities in Spain and Indonesia will discuss some challenges and opportunities in the areas of security, technological innovation and economic cooperation. This event is an opportunity to deepen interregional dialogue and identify priority directions for the development of new strategic partnerships.

 

Following the opening remarks by Muhammad Najib, Ambassador of Indonesia and Vicente Palacio, Director of Foreign Policy at the Fundación Alternativas, a debate will be opened on ASEAN-EU and Indonesia-Spain relations in light of current geopolitical changes, Emilio de Miguel Calabia, president of Casa Asia in Madrid; Javier Gil Pérez, professor at the University of Comillas, Spain; Dayu Nirma Amurwanti, FPCI Senior Fellow; and Eisha Maghfirua Rachbini, INDEF, expert in digital economy.
