The Beatles only played two concerts in Spain. It was part of a mini European tour in 1965, on 2 and 3 July, at the bullrings of Las Ventas in Madrid and La Monumental in Barcelona. Brian Epstein, his representative, and the producer of bullfighting events and shows Francisco Bermúdez came to a simple agreement by which John, Paul, George and Ringo would charge £5,000 for the two concerts.
