The Minister of Defense, Margarita Robles, received yesterday at the Ministry a group of more than 40 women and children, relatives of Ukrainian soldiers, who are participating in a rest program at the ‘La Plana’ Social Action Rest Military Residence, in Castellón.
According to a press release from the Ministry, Robles was interested in her stay in Spain and expressed his desire to be able to see them again soon “in a climate of peace.” Likewise, she reiterated that “Spain will be at her side.”
Tomorrow, this group of people is scheduled to travel back to Ukraine on a military flight. This support for Ukrainian families will be carried out in eight rotations of about 50 people each, with a stay of approximately 15 days, so a total of half a thousand family members will be served.
