The Centro Cultural de China in Madrid (Calle del General Pardiñas, 73) will offer from 22nd January a new Chinese Cooking Course with traditional Chinese New Year dishes.
Students enrolled in this course will receive a book with more than 40 recipes of authentic Chinese dishes and a Chinese New Year prize.
This course is divided into two groups, one on Tuesdays (A) and one on Thursdays (B). Each group has a total of 8 places. Classes in groups A and B will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays respectively from 18:00 to 19:00.
Each group will receive a total of four classes, in each of which they will be taught how to prepare a typical Chinese New Year dish. Students will have the opportunity to cook these dishes and taste them at the end of each class. A great opportunity to welcome the Chinese New Year with delicious and meaningful dishes.
