The Minister of Foreign Affairs, José Manuel Albares, yesterday offered lunch at the Palacio de Viana to the Ibero-American Secretary General, Andrés Allamand.
During the lunch, according to Albares on his Twitter account, they prepared the 28th Ibero-American Summit, which will be held in Santo Domingo on the 24th and 25th.
“Spain continues to deepen relations and cooperation with Latin America,” the minister added.
