As part of the Young Europe special, esglobal is organising this morning the forum #EuropaJoven: today’s voices, tomorrow’s leaders, a debate with young people on the future of the EU at the headquarters of the European Commission in Madrid.
Ricardo Díez-Hochleitner, advisor in the Cabinet of the Secretary of State for the EU, and Cristina Manzano, director of esglobal, will welcome the participants at 10.30 am. This will be followed by a moderated round table on the priorities for European youth moderated by Ana Mangas, editorial director of esglobal.
Participating in the conversation will be Ricardo Díez-Hochleitner, adviser in the Cabinet of the Secretary of State for the European Union; Susana del Río, professor of Political Science and Director of the Spanish Presidency of the Council of the EU (Fide); Jorge Notívoli, adviser in the Coordination Office for the Spanish Presidency of the EU, Cabinet of the Presidency of the Government, and Juan González Mellizo, head of the Communication Department of the Representation of the EC in Spain.
At 11.30 a.m. there will be a colloquium entitled Atlas of ideas: education & employment, climate change, inclusive societies and mental health, ending at 1.30 p.m. with recommendations and a final debate.
