The Minister of Foreign Affairs, José Manuel Albares, reported yesterday on his Twitter account that he had congratulated his counterpart from Guinea-Bissau, Suzi Barbosa, after her country assumed the presidency of the Economic Community of West African States, ECOWAS.
Albares points out in his publication that “we have also discussed relations: cooperation, fishing, anti-terrorism and the situation in West Africa”.
Finally, the minister affirms that “Guinea Bissau is an important partner for Spain in the region“.
