The National Culture Day has been celebrated every 15 January since 2010, following a legislative proposal, the date chosen as the date of birth of the great national poet Mihai Eminescu (15 January 1850-15 June 1889), in the photo, considered by posthumous literary critics to be the most important poetic voice in Romanian literature.
