This afternoon at 4 p.m., to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Mercosur, the Argentine Embassy, in its capacity as Presidency pro tempore, together with the Embassies of Brazil, Paraguay and Uruguay, are inviting experts and high-level political representatives to a meeting at Casa de América.
The event will be opened by Felipe Solá, Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and Worship of the Argentine Republic, and will be opened by Arancha González Laya, Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation. This will be followed by a round table discussion on World in pandemic: current situation and prospects for integration processes, with the participation of José Antonio Sanahuja, Director of the Carolina Foundation (Spain), and Paulo Feldmann, Professor of Economics at the Faculty of Economics and Administration of the USP (Brazil). This will be followed by the next round table, MERCOSUR, 30 years of integration, with Ricardo Alfonsín, Ambassador of Argentina; Pompeu Andreucci Neto, Ambassador of Brazil; Ricardo Scavone, Ambassador of Paraguay; and Ana Teresa Ayala Barrios, Ambassador of Uruguay.
