For fifteen years, Jan Bojarski, a Polish refugee known in the underworld as the “Cézanne of counterfeiting,” leads a flawless double life. While his family lives a normal life, he secretly produces banknotes of extraordinary precision, capable of fooling even the Bank of France’s controls. His exceptional talent awakens the obsession of Commissioner Mattei and begins an intense pursuit that soon becomes a personal duel.

Jean-Paul Salomé (Paris, 1960) is a French director, screenwriter, and producer.
