Piano City Madrid. Classical Music Concert by Lucrezia Liberati

The Italian Cultural Institute of Madrid is participating for the first time as an official venue for Piano City Madrid, the international festival that, from June 26 to 28, will transform the city into a grand stage dedicated to the piano. Having collaborated with the festival in previous editions, this year the Institute joins the network of official venues, hosting four classical music concerts and one jazz concert at the Abrantes Palace.

Among the scheduled events, the recital by the young Italian pianist Lucrezia Liberati stands out. Her performance offers a musical journey that moves between spirituality, contemplation, and virtuosity, bringing into dialogue some of the most fascinating pieces of the European piano repertoire.

The program includes Ottorino Respighi’s Three Preludes on a Gregorian Melody, Olivier Messiaen’s Regard du silence, Franz Liszt’s L’Blessing of God in Solitude, and Johann Sebastian Bach’s celebrated Italian Concerto, BWV 971.

The concert will take place this Friday, June 26, at 7:30 p.m. at the Italian Cultural Institute of Madrid (Calle Mayor, 86). Duration: approximately 50 minutes.

Admission is free with prior reservation, subject to availability. To attend the concert, please send a reservation request to confirmaciones.iicmadrid@gmail.com, indicating the full name of the person(s) for whom the reservation is being made, a contact phone number, and the subject line: “Lucrezia Liberati IIC Madrid – 26.06”.
