“Long Live Love.” Voice and Piano Recital at Centro Sefarad-Israel

To celebrate Shavuot, the recital “Long Live Love” is presented, a voice and piano concert that offers a musical journey through diverse cultural traditions centered around the theme of love.

Soprano Sivan Rotem (pictured), with a renowned international career, and pianist Marcelo Cohen Rajmil perform a program that integrates Israeli and Sephardic songs with works from the Spanish and Argentinian repertoire. The repertoire includes compositions by composers such as Carlos Gardel, Carlos Guastavino, Naomi Shemer, Sasha Argov, Enrique Granados, Xavier Montsalvatge, and Fernando Obradors, among others.

The concert fosters a dialogue between languages, cultures, and musical sensibilities, highlighting a shared heritage through a contemporary lens.
