The Embassy of Uruguay and the Museo de América inaugurate tomorrow at 12 o’clock in the headquarters of the latter (Avda. de los Reyes Católicos, 6) the exhibition Gauchos, by the renowned Uruguayan photographer Luis Fabini, a series that portrays with depth and sensitivity the universe of the gaucho and its intimate relationship with the land, the horse and rural traditions of Uruguay.
Through images made with noble photographic techniques, such as the Platinum Palladium, Fabini captures the essence of a way of life that endures in time, revealing faces, gestures and landscapes that speak of identity, resistance and belonging.
Gauchos is not just a visual tour: it is an invitation to reflect on our connection with nature, the changes in rural life and the silent force of those who inhabit and work the land.
