Sumar calls for Spain to join the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons, rejected by Spain in 2018

The text was adopted in 2017 by the UN and entered into force in 2021 after ratification by 51 countries, which do not include the nine nuclear-armed countries or NATO members.
