It marks the beginning of a series of publications that will showcase the authors of the different countries that make up the European Union, as their knowledge can help integration into the European project, accepting its diversity.

Within the 50 pages of the guide, the reader will discover information and presentations of the most outstanding Romanian authors, poets and writers, artists and film-makers, Romanian musicians and musicians recognised at European level. A special chapter is dedicated to the city of Timișoara – European Capital of Culture in 2023.
