Screening at Casa Mediterráneo of french film ‘Au nom de ma fille’

June Cineclub Mediterráneo kicks off today, Wednesday 14 at 19:00 with the screening of the French film Au nom de ma fille, by director Vincent Garenq. A drama based on real events released in 2016 and featuring a cast of great performers, headed by Daniel Auteuil, Marie-Josée Croze and Sebastian Koch. The film, with a running time of 83 minutes, will be screened in V.O.S.E. and will be presented by the film populariser Pascual Gozálvez. The session is open to the public until full capacity is reached.

One day in July 1982, André Bamberski learns of the death of his daughter Kalinka. She was 14 years old and spending her holidays in Germany with her mother and stepfather, Dr. Krombach. The strange circumstances of her death cause Bamberski to struggle for years to try to uncover the truth, making his struggle the sole purpose of his life (Filmaffinity).
