The director of the Instituto Cervantes, Luis García Montero, has appointed the new directors of the Dakar and Belo Horizonte centers, Concepción Barceló and Eduardo Maura, respectively.

The appointments were made at the proposal of the Secretary General of the Instituto Cervantes, Carmen Noguero, with the agreement of the Secretary of State for International Cooperation and President of the Board of Directors, Pilar Cancela, and after the Board of Directors had been consulted.
