The Diplomat
Last Thursday a very special meeting took place between the Consular Corps, foreign diplomats, representatives of Spanish authorities and the cultural and business world with the work of the renowned artist Leon Löwentraut, Volar, which has been on display since that day at the Gerhardt Braun Gallery (Calle Claudio Coello, 72).
As we reported in The Diplomat, the exhibition Volar is a moving spatial installation created in collaboration with the master class of the virtual design programme at the University of Applied Sciences in Kaiserslautern. The exhibition features original paintings, charcoals, sculptures, as well as a new Limited Edition, the virtual experience ‘Flying’ and the first illustrated book by Leon Löwentraut. The artist’s unique style continues to fascinate the art world around the globe.
The visit took place in a relaxed and fraternal atmosphere, where the visitors listened attentively to the explanations of the gallery’s founder Gerhardt Braun, who was always available for any description of the various pictorial works of the artist Leon Löwentraut.
