CHO Yea Jae, contemporary artist (Busan, South Korea), has been selected to participate in the twelfth edition of the prestigious contemporary emerging art fair JUSTMAD, which will be held between tomorrow and the 11th at Madrid’s Palacio Neptuno (Calle de Cervantes, 42).
This new edition is characterised by its international atmosphere and will bring together more than 150 artists of different nationalities, among whom CHO Yea Jae stands out as the only Korean artist. Madrid will thus join other major cities such as Hong Kong, Singapore, New York and Paris, which have already hosted her creations in numerous solo and group exhibitions. In this artistic event, two of her most iconic series will be on view: Ready to Open and Transcendence. Both, based on the formal and conceptual precepts of abstract painting and framed within minimalism as an artistic movement, will be exhibited in different formats in a large space.
