Concert by the duo Macadam Crocodile at the Instituto Francés

The Instituto Francés of Madrid presents this evening at 7pm the duo Macadam Crocodile in concert. Admission is free, with all security measures in place.

Macadam Crocodile is a new-disco jam full of synthesizers and afro-funk drums, made of pop delirium that shines with spontaneity. Xavier Polycarpe (Gush) and Vincent Brulin (IZIA, Alain Chamfort) have been touring national and international stages for a long time, they are characterised by the need to make people dance without strategy, to simply play, to bring this madness live. The band was born three years ago in a studio in Montreuil, France. From old samples, the two musicians quickly built up a repertoire of wild improvisations, which allowed them to play sometimes for three hours in clubs.
