“Chopin y la posteridad” series at Juan March Foundation
Share on FacebookShare on Twitter

The Juan March Foundation (77 Castelló Street, Madrid) presents the concert series Chopin y la posteridad (Chopin and posterity ), dedicated to the Polish virtuous pianist and composer Fryderyk Chopin. Concerts will take place on 20 and 27 January, and on 3, 10 and 17 February 2016, at 19:30 hrs, at the Foundation.

Schumann might be the only exception when talking about composers reaching the expressive heights reached by Fryderyk Chopin. The refined sense of melodies, the harmonic sophistication and the intuitive use of rhythmic designs make of its piano legacy one of the most influential music monuments.
