The Spanish Cabinet approved a Royal Decree, last Friday, conferring the Grand Cross of the Royal Order of Isabella the Catholic on the former Danish Ambassador to Spain Lone Dencker Wisborg.
Dencker Wisborg was Ambassador to Spain from 2011 until last year, when he was appointed Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs by the Danish Government.
