Offers over 330 million potential customers, highly competitive and regulated. It is therefore essential to know the federal, state and local laws and regulations required to successfully overcome any barrier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is also important to choose a good business strategy, have suitable partners who know the country\u2019s particularities and have a good network of contacts.&nbsp; U.S. is a highly competitive market, so it\u2019s important to differentiate yourself from the competition and choose your target customer well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At 3.30 pm the registration of attendees will take place, and then at 4 pm a representative of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services of Madrid will welcome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To continue, we will talk about the <em>SWOT considerations for your company in the US. Barriers, opportunities, weaknesses and strengths of the Spanish company in the USA or legal, strategic, economic and cultural aspects.<\/em> <em>The Myth and Reality of Miami: The Gateway to the US, LATAM and the Caribbean<\/em> will also be covered, as well as topics on <em>The new financial and commercial center of the United States<\/em> or <em>Attraction of capital, technology and people.<\/em> Strategic decisions in the internationalization process will be discussed: guidelines and analysis of markets, partnerships, human resources and investment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To finish, at 17.20 hours the director of Business USA Solutions, <strong>\u00c1lvaro Camps Guti\u00e9rrez,<\/strong> and the Senior consultant of internationalization <strong>Alex Guillamont Moreno, <\/strong>will offer a presentation entitled Stories from the other side: <strong><em>Analysis of real cases of success and failure.&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It will be concluded with a round of questions and a caf\u00e9 nerworking.
