Interior, Fernando Grande-Marlaska, assured yesterday that the president of Argentina, Javier Milei, would be received in accordance with \u201cthe regulatory and legal procedures established\u201d by international relations in the event of a second trip to Spain.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In statements to the press after inaugurating a European meeting to combat the dissemination of terrorist propaganda through the Internet, the minister assured <strong>that security issues during visits by foreign heads of state are framed in \u201cinternational relations and the requests of security\u201d and that Spain \u201calways\u201d works \u201cin accordance with established regulatory and legal procedures.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Grande-Marlaska was thus responding to a question about whether it would be up to the Spanish Government or the Argentine authorities to assume Milei&#8217;s security if he finally travels to Spain on June 21 to collect the prize from the Juan de Mariana Institute.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In any case,
