\u00a0The Diplomat<\/strong>. 25\/01\/2016<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n The Chinese Academy of Sciences, a Chinese institution has published a list in which it ranks the Real Instituto Elcano as the most influential think tank in the Spanish language.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Among the top expert committees or think tanks in the world, the first is the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace in the USA, and the Academy includes laboratories in Spain, Argentina and Chile.
