Madrid<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The appearance of Leoncio Fern\u00e1ndez, former master of the association of fishermen of La L\u00ednea de la Concepci\u00f3n (Cadiz), before the Magistrates\u2019 Court of Gibraltar, has been postponed until 20 April.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Fern\u00e1ndez should have appeared in court yesterday, accused of \u201ctheft\u201d of one of the concrete blocks thrown to the sea by the Gibraltarian authorities during the summer of 2013 arguing that they tried to create an \u201cartificial reef\u201d.
