We have addressed our bilateral relations and the Ibero-American Community of Nations. We have signed an agreement for the promotion of Spanish in diplomacy and international organizations and another for the exchange of driving licenses,\u201d Albares declared through the X social network X.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Under the agreement, the two countries undertake to promote the presence and recognition of the Spanish language in diplomacy and international organizations, especially in the United Nations system, as well as in the legal sector and international arbitration.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>This is the fourth bilateral agreement signed for this purpose in the last two months<\/strong>, after those signed on March 6 with the Foreign Minister of Panama, Janaina Tewaney; on April 15 with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of El Salvador, Alexandra Hill Tinoco; and on April 23 with the head of Costa Rican diplomacy, Arnoldo Andr\u00e9 Tinoco.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>For its part, the Honduran Foreign Ministry described <strong>the signing of the Reciprocal Recognition agreement and the Exchange of National Driving Licenses as a \u201chistoric event for the Honduran community residing in Spain.\u201d<\/strong> \u201cThis achievement represents the desire that the Honduran community has waited for in Spain for more than twenty years,\u201d declared Reina. The Honduran ambassador to Spain, Marlon Brev\u00e9, was also present at the signing ceremony.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"lRu31\" dir=\"ltr\"><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"jCAhz JxVs2d ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Furthermore, Reina took advantage of his presence in Madrid to sign Honduras&#8217; accession to the Ibero-American Multilateral Agreement on Social Security, an international instrument that protects the rights of migrant workers, multinationals and their families.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz JxVs2d ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">\u201cWe seek to guarantee the protection of the rights of our migrant community in countries that make up the Ibero-American region, in line with the new social security policies currently promoted by the Government of President Xiomara Castro,\u201d declared the chancellor.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"lRu31\" dir=\"ltr\"><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"jCAhz JxVs2d ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">The Minister of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration, Elma Saiz,
