The main objective of the new agreement is the simplification and flexibility of the Mixed Fund, the main instrument of bilateral technical and scientific cooperation with a priority country for Spanish Cooperation, in accordance with the V Master Plan.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The signing was carried out by <strong>the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Jos\u00e9 Manuel Albares, and the Secretary of Foreign Relations of the Government of Mexico, Marcelo Ebrard, during the official visit of the head of Spanish diplomacy.<\/strong> On that occasion, three other agreements were signed on the establishment of the bilateral Permanent Political Subcommittee, collaboration on Feminist Foreign Policy and collaboration within the framework of the celebration of the World Conference on Cultural Policies and Sustainable Development.
