The actress Andrea Jim\u00e9nez<\/b> stars, together with Juan Pa\u00f1os, in the play Casting Lear,<\/i><\/b> which will be performed at the Sala Jos\u00e9 Luis Alonso of the Teatro de La Abad\u00eda<\/b> (calle Fern\u00e1ndez de los R\u00edos, 42) until 28 April.<\/p>\n

Along with \u00darsula Mart\u00ednez,<\/b> the play’s protagonist, she also directs it, and each evening a different actor will come to perform in the show, as if it were a real casting. Jos\u00e9 Luis Alcobendas, Ernesto Arias, Leo Bassi, Jaroslaw Bielski, Miguel del Arco, Alfonso Delgado, Adolfo Fern\u00e1ndez, Juan Fern\u00e1ndez, Daniel Freire, Vicente Le\u00f3n, Andr\u00e9s Lima, Mariano Llorente, Jes\u00fas Noguero, Rafael N\u00fa\u00f1ez, Carlos Olalla <\/b>and Alberto San Juan<\/b> will be the actors appearing at the Teatro de La Abad\u00eda.<\/p>\n

“My father is Lear, but he has never been in a theatre. I am Cordelia. And I am a theatre director. Like her, I’m going to look for Lear, I’m going to dare to look at him and I’m going to try to forgive. And I’m going to do it from a stage. Every night, a different actor will be Lear, he will be my father, he will be a possible father, one who does want to sit in a theatre and talk,” says Andrea Jim\u00e9nez.<\/p>\n
