He will analyse the recent Houthi attacks in the Red Sea, which pose a geopolitical risk and are jeopardising international trade. The debate will be introduced by <strong>Manuel Alabart,<\/strong> Secretary General of INCIPE. Ambassador of Spain, and will be moderated by <strong>Vicente Garrido,<\/strong> Director General of INCIPE.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The activity will take place in virtual format, in Spanish, and will be open to the public. To follow the event live on INCIPE&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/rb.gy\/pbxzr7\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>YouTube<\/strong> <\/a>channel, please register via the
