For the fourth consecutive year, Casa \u00c1rabe <\/strong>and PHotoESPA\u00d1A<\/strong> are opening the call for applications for the Nur 2024<\/em><\/strong> call, which aims to select an exhibition proposal of a photographic nature. The deadline is 1 March.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The winning proposal will be presented at Casa \u00c1rabe’s headquarters in Madrid as part of the 27th edition of the PHotoESPA\u00d1A International Photography Festival, to be held in June 2024.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The aim of NUR \u0646\u0648\u0631 (Light) continues to be to give visibility and dissemination to a project that offers a look at one or various aspects of Arab societies from a contemporary curatorial perspective that includes the idea of “perpetual movement” (Perpetuum mobile),<\/em> the thematic axis of PHotoESPA\u00d1A 2024. The aim of this call is to reward the effort of innovation, while at the same time transmitting current contents that have to do with the realities of the contemporary Arab world. The call is aimed at curators or institutions and the project will be selected by a jury.
