Una mirada bicontinental (Chile-Spain)<\/em><\/strong> in the Sim\u00f3n Bol\u00edvar Hall of <strong>Casa Am\u00e9rica.<\/strong> Free admission until full capacity is reached.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The influence and historical importance that Spain and Chile have shared in the drafting of their laws is close and extensive. On the first centenary of the promotion of the first labour laws in this American country, a group of Chilean and Spanish experts and academics will analyse the mutual relationship between the laws of the two countries and how they have evolved over the course of this century.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>After welcoming remarks by <strong>Luis Prados,<\/strong> Director of Programming at Casa de Am\u00e9rica; <strong>Javier Velasco Villegas,<\/strong> Ambassador of Chile, and <strong>Pablo Ruiz-Tagle,<\/strong> Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of Chile, <strong>Aude Argouse, \u00c1lvaro Anr\u00edquez Novoa, Claudio Palavecino C\u00e1ceres <\/strong>and<strong> Roberto Cer\u00f3n Reyes,<\/strong> from the University of Chile, will take part in the seminar; <strong>Ana de la Puebla Pinilla <\/strong>and<strong> Misael L\u00f3pez Zapico,<\/strong> from the Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Madrid; <strong>Mar\u00eda Jes\u00fas Espuny Tom\u00e1s <\/strong>and<strong> Daniel Vall\u00e9s Mu\u00f1\u00edo,<\/strong> from the Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Barcelona, and <strong>Eduardo L\u00f3pez Ahumada,<\/strong> from the Universidad de Alcal\u00e1.
