Affairs,<strong> the actions carried out by the Public Ministry of Guatemala that it considers &#8220;an attack against democracy&#8221;<\/strong> and represent &#8220;a serious violation of the will of the Guatemalan people freely expressed at the polls&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The statement &#8220;proclaims <strong>the support of the Spanish Executive for the elected president, Bernardo Ar\u00e9valo<\/strong>, and demands that &#8220;all Guatemalan institutions respect the results of the polls and guarantee the peaceful transfer of power.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Public Ministry of Guatemala yesterday presented the results of its investigation against the Semilla Movement party<\/strong> for an alleged crime of money laundering and i<strong>nsisted on the withdrawal of immunity from the elected president, Bernardo Ar\u00e9valo,<\/strong> who led that party.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The head of the Special Prosecutor&#8217;s Office Against Impunity
