in any case, must be &#8220;addressed within the constitutional order&#8221;.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Our position is well known: it is an internal matter for Spain, it simply must be addressed within the constitutional order, including the question of possible pardons,&#8221; said the EU spokesman for Justice, Christian Wigand, on the amnesty demanded by
