Once again, the Centro Cultural de China<\/strong> is offering a new Special Chinese Cooking Workshop starting <\/em><\/strong>next Tuesday 11 April, with tasty dishes including tangyuan<\/em> (pictured) or glutinous rice dumplings; cha siu baau<\/em> or barbecued pork baozi;<\/em> pumpkin pie; and wantan & shaomai.<\/em><\/p>\n <\/p>\n There will be a total of four classes, from 6pm to 7pm, on 11, 13, 18 and 20 April, each dedicated to one of the dishes.
