Attendance will be free and open until full capacity is reached, with no need to register.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Juan Bol\u00edvar D\u00edaz,<\/strong> Ambassador of the Dominican Republic, and <strong>Daniel de Busturia, <\/strong>Secretary of the Board of Trustees of the Fundaci\u00f3n Carlos de Amberes, will welcome the audience. <strong>Carlos Malamud,<\/strong> academic and researcher at the Real Instituto Elcano; <strong>Enrique Yturriaga Saldanha,<\/strong> Director for Latin America and the Caribbean and Spanish in the World; <strong>Olga del Pino Escobar,<\/strong> Senior Advisor, Spain SICA Fund (Virtual Participation), and <strong>Mar\u00eda Aurora Mej\u00eda Errasqu\u00edn,<\/strong> Director of the Coordination Office for the Spanish Presidency of the EU, will take part in the debate. The event will be moderated by <strong>Aurea Molt\u00f3,<\/strong> Director of Revista <em>Pol\u00edtica
