The property is located at Villanueva Street, number 35 (first floor).<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In accordance with Royal Decree 664\/1999, of April 23, 1999, on foreign investments, &#8220;prior administrative authorization shall be required for direct or indirect investments made in Spain by States that are not members of the European Union for the acquisition of real estate for their Diplomatic or Consular Representations, unless there is an Agreement to liberalize them on a reciprocal
