This evening, at 7 p.m., the opening of the series of debates on the invasion of Ukraine: culture, fake news and the road to peace,<\/em><\/strong> co-organised by the Instituto Polaco de Cultura<\/strong> and the Fundaci\u00f3n Carlos de Amberes,<\/strong> will take place. The series aims to address the current crisis situation in Ukraine and throughout Europe as a result of Russia’s unjustified invasion.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The debates will take place on 18 October, 3 and 17 November, at 7 p.m., in the Auditorium of the Fundaci\u00f3n Carlos de Amberes (Calle de Claudio Coello, 99, Madrid).<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

This first debate, entitled Cultural cooperation in international relations and its role in crisis situations in the context of the aggression against Ukraine, <\/em><\/strong>will include the participation of Prof. Rafa\u0142 Wi\u015bniewski,<\/strong> Director of the National Centre for Culture in Poland (NCK), Professor at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszy\u0144ski University in Warsaw (UKSW), and Jos\u00e9 Manuel Rodr\u00edguez Uribes,<\/strong> Permanent Delegate Ambassador of Spain to UNESCO, former Minister of Culture and Sport in the Government of Spain. The round table will be moderated by Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Faraldo, <\/strong>historian, professor at the UCM and expert on Central and Eastern European cultures. At the end of the event there will be a tasting of Polish and Ukrainian gastronomic products. Free entrance until full capacity is reached.
