the<strong> Ibero-American Gastronomic Congress Bin\u00f3mico<\/strong>, to be held in Huelva from October 24 to 26 under the slogan &#8216;<strong>We are Origin<\/strong>&#8216;, was presented on Tuesday at the <strong>Embassy of Argentina<\/strong>, guest country in this edition.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Bin\u00f3mico, in which <strong>22 countries will be represented<\/strong>, returns with the objectives of <strong>strengthening the hallmarks of Ibero-American identity, disseminating Ibero-American culture through gastronomy and turning Huelva into a nexus<\/strong> of union with the Ibero-American gastronomic culture, as well as supporting the commitments of governments and institutions with the <strong>2030 Agenda<\/strong> through gastronomy and healthy eating.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_277065\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-277065\" style=\"width: 750px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img speech.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The<strong> Deputy Minister of Tourism of Argentina, Yanina Mart\u00ednez<\/strong>, pointed out that gastronomy can strengthen &#8220;our country brand&#8221; since &#8220;Argentine cuisine has a lot of identity, color and flavor&#8221;.\u00a0 She also defended the role of gastronomy in the 2030 Agenda, because &#8220;it is wellbeing and health&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The event was also attended by the general director of Agrifood Industry of the Ministry of Agriculture of Spain, Miguel Herrero; the managing director of the Agency for Agricultural and Fisheries Management of Andalusia (AGAPA), Jos\u00e9 Carlos \u00c1lvarez; the vice president of Tourism of Huelva, Modesta Romero; the advisor of Strategic Alliances of the SEGIB, Luciana Binaghi; the Argentine ambassador, Ricardo Alfonsin; and the director of the congress, Alberto de Paz.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The event culminated with a cocktail where Huelva and Argentinean products could be tasted, with the elaborations of the Argentinean chef Germ\u00e1n Carrizo, from the Fierro Restaurant, and the catering service of CESAL, International NGO that has an
