On 18 May at 7 p.m., the Military Science and Culture Section of the Ateneo de Madrid<\/strong> presents the conference Towards a new global order?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Speakers include Nicol\u00e1s Pascual de la Parte <\/strong>(in the photo), Ambassador and Permanent Representative of Spain to the NATO Council. The event was introduced by Carlos Uriarte, <\/strong>Secretary General of Paneuropa Espa\u00f1a, and presented and moderated by \u00c1ngel Luis Alonso de Antonio,<\/strong> President of the Military Science and Culture Section. Nicol\u00e1s Pascual de la Parte has been Secretary at the Spanish Embassy in Ireland and Deputy Assistant Director General for Community Coordination for Technical Affairs and for Customs and Trade Affairs of the European Union. He was an advisor in the Cabinet of the President of the Government and in 2004 he was assigned to the Early Warning Policy Unit of the General Secretariat of the Council of the European Union.
