A staunch advocate of the recovery of the Spanish heritage in the history of the United States, Senator Kaine served as honorary president of the United States-Spain Council between 2014 and 2018. In recognition of his great work at the head of this institution and his contribution to strengthening relations between Spain and the United States, in 2017 the Foundation awarded him the 7th Bernardo de G\u00e1lvez Award. The meeting, which will be held in English, will be presented by the President of the Foundation and Vice-President of INCIPE, <strong>Juan Llad\u00f3,<\/strong> and will be broadcast live on the Foundation&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=0IYaI3JEC-0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>YouTube<\/strong> <\/a>channel.
