To alleviate this type of situation, the European Commissioner for Justice, Didier Reynders, has committed to reforming the Euro-warrant and the European Parliament&#8217;s Committee on Freedoms, Justice and Home Affairs approved, last December 3, a revision of the list of the 32 criminal categories for the automatic surrender of persons, in which he included, among others, &#8220;crimes against the constitutional integrity of the Member States committed through the use of violence&#8221;. The reform was ratified by the plenary session of the European Parliament on January 20, with the votes against of Unidas Podemos (current government partner) and Esquerra Republicana de
