He recalled that the Principality was on that list until two years ago and was in favor of tightening the criteria <strong>to include countries such as Bulgaria and Romania<\/strong>, in order -he said- that &#8220;when someone relocates a house it is clear that he does not do it to pay low taxes, but to pay the IRPF in Spain&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The announcement of the transfer of domicile to Andorra of the &#8216;youtuber&#8217; <strong>El Rubius<\/strong> to pay less taxes and the debate raised as a result of it, was present yesterday in the press conferences in Congress, with most groups censuring this type of attitude. Only Vox dissociated itself from these criticisms and its spokesman,<strong> Iv\u00e1n Espinosa de los Monteros<\/strong>, pointed out that people move to pay less taxes &#8220;have every right to do so&#8221;
