Sustainable Electric Mobility is a concept of integrated mobility that includes the rational management of the infrastructures necessary to promote the use of electric vehicles.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Green Corridor will connect the cities of Salvador and Natal, a journey of more than 1,100 kilometres, and will pass through other important cities such as Aracaju, Macei\u00f3, Recife and Jo\u00e3o Pessoa. It will have 18 refuelling points along the way. Once completed, the Green Corridor should cover six of the nine northeastern states, passing through 70 municipalities and helping thousands of people to join electric mobility in a more sustainable way.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This is an important challenge for Neoenergia, as we will develop a business model for the viability and functionality of the Green Corridor&#8221;, said <strong>Jos\u00e9 Brito, Neoenergia&#8217;s Corporate Director of Research and Development<\/strong>. &#8220;We recognize the importance of guaranteeing sustainable development through measures aimed at combating climate change and investment in electric mobility is part of that commitment&#8221;, he continued. &#8220;After all, the use of the electric car reduces greenhouse gas emissions, contributing to the decarbonisation of the planet&#8221;, he added.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the environmental benefit, the electric car has other advantages, such as efficiency. The electric vehicle travels 100 kilometres for a lower value compared to other fuels. It avoids noise pollution, as it does not emit sound, and can be more practical, as the electric motor has fewer parts and takes up less space in the car. All these factors combined contribute to stimulate ecological awareness and invest in &#8220;green&#8221; initiatives, according to the
