An essential debate to understand the challenges facing millions of people in the United States, in a constantly changing political and social context.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>After a welcome speech by <strong>Le\u00f3n de la Torre,<\/strong> director general of Casa de Am\u00e9rica, <strong>Jos\u00e9 Antonio Sanahuja,<\/strong> professor of International Relations at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid will participate in the event; <strong>Justin Gest,<\/strong> Professor of Politics and Government at the Schar School of George Mason University, and <strong>Mar\u00eda
