According to the Commission, Menorca Oil is an organic, fruity, medium or intense extra virgin olive oil, which has bitter and spicy flavours on the palate, light to medium.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>One of the main characteristics of this oil is its \u201cgreen\u201d fruitiness, which is determined by the stage in which the olives are harvested, that is, green. The olive harvest begins at the end of September. The presence of the \u201cOli de Menorca \/ Aceite de Menorca\u201d oil at local, Spanish and international fairs and exhibitions is further proof of the reputation enjoyed by this product.
