Una terapia integral tells how Toni Roca has been giving bread making courses for more than ten years. There are few places and slaps to enroll. The students who enroll know that Toni Roca’s courses are unique, the method starts from a simple and curious premise: “To make a good bread, you don’t need the best flour or the freshest yeast, to make a good bread you just have to be good with yourself”. It’s that simple, you know.
For the protagonist, “we are the bread that we make”. An undercrunching crust can be synonymous with labor problems, a too dense crumb is surely indicative of a couple crisis; a dull bread, can only be the result of an unsatisfactory sex life. If you want to make a good bread, you have to fix everything that doesn’t work well in your life. And the course ensures that, after these sessions, the student will be able to make excellent bread. The learning system is very heterodox. The students do not just knead or control the temperature of the oven: they confess, cry, laugh, scream and release themselves. The improvements in bread and life are immediately evident. Three new students have signed up for this year’s course, three students with completely different interests, wills and life moments.
