The acting Government approved a Royal Decree yesterday awarding the Grand Cross of the Order of Isabella the Catholic to the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Culture of the Argentine Republic, Susana Mabel Malcorra, who assumed the position less than a month ago, on 10 December, after leaving her job as head of Office of the UN Secretary-General, Ban Ki-moon.
On the other hand, as The Diplomat revealed yesterday, the Executive also approved a Royal Decree for King Juan Carlos to represent Spain in the investiture of Guatemala’s President, Jimmy Morales.
