The Teatros del Canal in the Community of Madrid are presenting a recital by the Ukrainian pianist Anna Fedorova, who will perform a select repertoire of works by Scarlatti, Beethoven, Ravel and Chopin, tomorrow Tuesday, 19 January, in the Sala Roja.
Anna Fedorova (Kiev, 1990) is one of the most distinguished young pianists of today. She has given performances in Europe, North and South America, and Asia, kn such prestigious concert halls as the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam, the Carnegie Hall in New York and the Tonhalle in Zurich, and has been awarded many prizes in various international piano competitions. She recently received the Verbier Festival Academy Award.
