Oman to host 50th Meeting of the UN Tourism Regional Commission in the Middle East

On Tuesday 14 May, UN Tourism and the Ministry of Heritage and Tourism of Oman signed an agreement at the Omani Embassy to hold the 50th Meeting of the UN Tourism Regional Commission for the Middle East in Muscat from 22 to 24 May.

 

The Ambassador of Oman, Omar al-Kathiri, and the UN Tourism Regional Director for the Middle East, Basma Almayman, signed the agreement at a ceremony attended by the Ambassadors of the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Jordan and Kuwait, among others personalities.

The ambassadors of Qatar, Kuwait, UAE, Jordan and Saudi Arabia, among others, witnessed the signing of the agreement.
